Attention Anglers!
If you are planning on fishing a tournament in Washington State you will need what is know as a Contest Banner. It is a Neoprene sash that is safety yellow on one side and safety orange on the other. It has the words CONTEST printed on it.
I have found two stores in Western Washington that carry these. They are about $25. And both store will ship.
